It can be hard to get an appointment – though notification of cancellations is very good

Perhaps the music in the background. Less pipes/spiritual/relaxation music, and a change to more easy listening instrumentals and perhaps some classical music would be better.

Slightly less aggressive appointment reminder would be nice. it makes better sense to warn of a charge for non-attendance when the patient books a visit (and I know you want it in writing) so that the reminder doesn’t become the written equivalent of a “visit from the muscle”………
