Fotis originally qualified in Greece in 2002, moving to the UK soon after. Whilst in general practice, his natural talent for appreciating facial aesthetics and a fascination with orthodontics were evident.
A move to Denmark brought a place at the renowned Aarhus School of Dentistry, for a three year Masters course in orthodontics. After returning to the UK to practice, Fotis was registered as a specialist by the GDC.
High level recognition and training are important, although the holistic emphasis Fotis puts on his work may matter more.
He believes that alongside the value of orthodontics, a beautiful smile comes from a harmonic facial appearance. By focusing on this as well as carefully assessing dental needs, Fotis can bring results his patients value.
His skills on a range of braces also help, including Invisalign, Incognito Lingual and fixed standard, or clear ceramic options. In each case, selected after careful consultation with his patient.
