Tina graduated from the University of Otago in 2015, as a Bachelor of Oral Health. This allowed her to practice as a dental therapist, including treating children for any fillings, extractions, or tooth decay.
Working with a district health board for five years brought Tina in depth knowledge of treating children and adults. Her skills in and passion for dental hygiene were evident and she chose to dedicate her time to this field.
This led Tina to work in a range of dental practices, from rural, to city locations. Gaining further knowledge to improve her patients oral health.
Her time in a clinic specialising in implants and advanced periodontal disease was particularly valuable. Tina has a strong interest in disease prevention and guiding patients with periodontal disease back to health.
When Tina decided to relocate to London, a city she loves, Elgin Dental were delighted to have her on board. She takes pride in her meticulous work and her bright, caring personality makes patients feel at ease.
They also benefit from up to date sklls and treatment options. Tina believes this is important and regularly attends conferences, or in person seminars.
Tina’s interests in Pilates, food, or wine can be shared with patients when they visit, including in Mandarin if that helps. Above all, her wish to make your hygiene treatment as personalised and enjoyable as possible will shine through.
