I have experienced a fair share of good and bad dentistry, both private and NHS, this practice is a little gem. Every staff member in the clinic is attuned to making the most impact to your experience/ dental health and giving you the best service possible. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Going to the dentist is never a great experience but here I know that I’ll be listened to, my pain will be managed with extreme care as well as the emotional side that is often linked with dentistry. People remember your name and you feel that they care. Having a strong reception team also helped as after 5 years, I know the girls at the front desk and it feels comfortable.
Elgin always has the latest equipment and techniques but genuinely cares about the patient experience too.
