Support During 2022 – Continuing to provide all round medical care is vital and our dental practices is open. Treatment is available in a safe, Covid secure environment, as detailed below. On site Roche rapid antigen tests are in place, with a 96% success rate, all staff have received vaccinations.
Calm, safe, well organised practice. Gave information up front on how to prepare and what to expect when visiting the clinic during a pandemic. Great attention given to safety of clients and staff, with infection control at every level. Responsive, clear and caring consultation with Dentist. Clear information given on dental treatment options. Offered choice, did not impose. Given clear treatment plan with prices from the start.
We were pleased to receive the comment above from a patient, who had sensibly given thought to coronavirus needs and felt protected during their visit.
All our team hope their patients are in good health and remain so. Whilst the surgery will reopen as normal in time, the guidance from UK public health authorities does mean that appointments are now available.
These appointments will be subject to triage (determining priority). A telephone call may suffice, although we now offer consultation by video.
The tele-dentistry system in use allows us to see oral issues, you can also talk to your dentist and discuss your needs in a quite natural way.
We finalised plans to reopen 8th June 2020 and treatment progressed well. Further guidance for transitioning to normality on 31st July allowed greater flexibility on treatment, although with each visit needing more time, a degree of selection remains.
By all means arrange an online, or phone consultation, prior to booking an appointment. Call us on 020 7286 1830 during office hours, or 07535 108341 out of hours.
In case you have any delay accessing treatment, there is a useful guide to self care at home, for dental pain and damage to fittings:
This is helpful, although we will of course make every effort to offer you support. Care may be a little restricted but is of the same standard we have always offered and tailored to your safety when attending.
Progress With Care
We are pleased to be able to offer treatment again, our patients deserve this, along with being able to visit a well protected environment. Our team offered successful treatment throughout 2021 and will continue to in 2022.
Monitoring the ongoing coronavirus situation is a priority for us and the procedures we have put in place will increase safety, for patients and staff. Your cooperation in the changes we need to make is appreciated.
Nobody should suggest there isn’t still a problem but by working together, we can overcome obstacles and ensure good dental care remains available to you.
